SKIN RASHES

Rashes are important.  Do you. know what is causing it?  The root. is most important 

treatment: 

Rashes are worsened by itching.  try to not itch.  Quell the itchiness with calamine lotion.  

Oil of Eden (with 4 powerful oils) is amazing too.  

try not to itch.  if you do itch- use a paper towel and hydrogen peroxide.  then promptly follow with calamine lotion.

increase blood circulation.  use cayanne pepper, and hot/cold therapy with a washcloth.
