Salt

 it’s essential to clarify that not all salts are equal. While table salt may contribute to health risks due to its high sodium content and lack of other minerals, alternatives like Celtic sea salt and Himalayan pink salt can actually be beneficial. These salts contain a broad spectrum of minerals and help maintain the body’s mineral balance, promoting overall cellular health and indirectly supporting heart health.



Best Salts:  
  1. Baja Gold (sea of cortez)
  2. Celtic Salt (french cultivate) 
  3. f
  4. f
  5. pink himalayan (very carefully source)

Replace all salt shakers with Celtic Salt.  Leave in closed glass jar for a pinch in water.
